How your custom order works

- Complete checkout to reserve your order.
- JLJ will contact you for shirt color, artwork, wording, personalization and required date.
- A digital proof is provided after payment. Production begins only after your approval.
Artwork
Basic setup of production-ready artwork is included. New artwork, logo recreation or detailed custom design may require a separate design fee, quoted before work begins.
Customer-Supplied Images and Design References
If you submit a photograph, screenshot, AI-generated image, mockup or other visual reference, JLJ will treat that image as the controlling design direction. JLJ will not assume that any wording, spelling, date, number, logo, color, placement or other detail shown in it is incorrect. Review your reference carefully before submitting it and provide every requested correction in writing.
Your digital proof is your final opportunity to verify every detail. Approval of the proof authorizes production. JLJ is not responsible for errors that appeared in a customer-supplied reference or in a proof the customer approved. Exact color, scale and placement may vary slightly because of garment shape, fabric, screen display and production requirements.
If a supplied reference cannot be reproduced safely, legally or with the selected production method, JLJ will contact you before proceeding.
Production: Standard timing depends on garment availability, design approval and quantity. Rush service is not guaranteed and must be approved before ordering.
Group and institutional orders: Ordering 12 or more pieces, mixed sizes, coordinated staff apparel or multiple garment styles? Request a custom group quote for volume pricing, purchase-order support and project-specific fulfillment.
Important: Colors can vary by screen and garment. Customers are responsible for providing accurate spelling, numbers and approval authority for submitted logos or protected marks. Personalized items are final sale after proof approval.
